Dr. Ali Ebrahim obtained a B.Eng. (1st class) in Electronics and Electrical Engineering from the University of Glasgow in 2007. In 2008, Ali completed an M.Sc. degree in Electronics and Electrical Engineering from the University of Glasgow. He also received a PhD degree from the University of Edinburgh in 2015 for his thesis “Dynamic Partial Reconfiguration Management for High Performance and Reliability in FPGAs”. His research interests include reconfigurable computing, reliability and fault-tolerance, hardware security and data mining.
