Ph.D. in Interactive Systems (Information Systems Division), University of Manchester, Manchester, U.K. Amal received her MSc. Degree (2004) in Computer Science from University of Wolver Hampton, UK. She completed her PhD in Collaborative learning at University of Manchester, UK in 2013. Her research interests include Human Computer Interaction (HCI), e-learning, Interactive Systems and virtual collaboration. She was with the first batch who graduated from the Postgraduate Certificate in Academic Practice (PCAP) from St. York University, UK since 2007 and now she is a mentor in the Continuous Professional Development (CPD) Program. She has a strong engagement with industry through developmental research and grant projects such as project of Bahrain Satisfaction Index for e-government Services.
