Dr. Jaflah Hassan Al Ammari

Jaflah Hassan Al-Ammary is an associate professor in the University of Bahrain's College of IT's Department of Information Systems. Her doctorate was awarded by the University of Murdoch in Australia.

Al-Ammary's area of interest in research is IS strategies and applications, with a particular emphasis on business analytics and educational technology.

Al-Ammary has written extensively on knowledge management and strategic alignment, as well as the strategic function of information systems and SISP inside the Bahraini enterprise.

Conversely, she has carried out numerous studies to investigate the significance of educational technology (such Blackboard and Online Collaboration Learning) in improving the process of teaching and learning in the Kingdom of Bahrain. The majority of these studies have been published in journals and international conferences. Al-Ammary has been collaborating with the E-government Authority on a nationwide study to evaluate the customer satisfaction index (BHSCI).

Al-Ammary is now supervising a PhD thesis on AI, machine learning and Cyber security in addition to working on some AI projects.
