Dr. Mohammed Almeer is an assistant professor at the department of computer engineering at the University of Bahrain. Dr. Almeer holds a Ph.D. in Computer Engineering from the Florida Institute of Technology in Melbourne, USA, which he obtained in 2014. He also received an M.Sc. degree in Network Computing from Monash University in Melbourne, Australia, in 2005. His teaching and research interests encompass computer and network security, wireless sensor networks (WSNs), Internet of Things (IoT), vehicular networking, and network automation.
