Ph.D. in Management Information Systems, Arab Academy for Banking and Financial Sciences, Amman, Jordan. Reem AL-Kaabi received her M.Sc. in Internet System Development in 2004 from University of Portsmouth, Portsmouth, United Kingdom. She completed her Ph.D. in Management Information Systems in 2009 from Arab Academy for Banking and Financial Sciences, Amman, Jordan. She worked as a researcher on a national project with the Information and e-Government Authority to assess the Customer Satisfaction Index (BHCSI). Her research interests include e-Government, e-learning, e-business and Management Information Systems.
